Udaan Pari, founded by Captain Zoya Agarwal, stands as a beacon of female empowerment and the relentless pursuit of ambitious dreams. Captain Zoya Agarwal, a trailblazer in her own right, embodies the spirit of breaking barriers and soaring to new heights.

Driven by the belief that every girl, regardless of her background, deserves the wings to fly, Udaan Pari is dedicated to empowering underprivileged girls to fulfill their aspirations of becoming pilots. Captain Zoya Agarwal’s passion for aviation and her commitment to making dreams take flight serve as the driving force behind the NGO.

Udaan Pari strives to bridge the gap between dreams and reality by providing financial assistance, mentorship, and educational resources to these aspiring young girls. The NGO envisions a future where every girl, irrespective of her circumstances, has the opportunity to spread her wings and reach for the skies.

OUR PROGRAM

CRISIS

1.3 million youth drop out of high school annually
Low-income students are 6 times more likely to drop out of high school
1 in 5 children live in poverty
Women make up less than 20% of the workforce in most aviation occupations
Shortage of pilots across the globe is hampering travel
Women only make up 4.6% of air transport pilot jobs, according to a report from the Women in Aviation board.

Being a woman and a woman of Color I have faced biases which I would not want our young diverse girls to face which may deter them to reach their dreams
